Novello Festival Press / Charlotte ViewPoint                        Literary Anthology Submission Guidelines

Novello Festival Press (NFP) announced it is partnering with Charlotte ViewPoint to publish a new literary anthology to mark the 20th anniversary of its namesake, the Novello Festival of Reading.  the anthology will be published in October 2010. Edited by Jeff Jackson, Arts Editor of Charlotte ViewPoint, the NFP anthology will include literary fiction, literary nonfiction and poetry first published on the Charlotte ViewPoint website.  We invite you to submit your work for review for what will be the showcase literary anthology of the region.

Novello Festival Press / Charlotte ViewPoint Literary Anthology Submission Guidelines:

• You must be 18 years old or over.
• Your submission must be an original work of literary fiction, literary non-fiction or poetry. We are looking for work that is contemporary and has a distinct sense of style.
• You may send no more than two prose submissions, totaling no more than 6000 words; or poetry, no more than ten pages total.
• Include a cover sheet with your name, address, email address, phone number, and one paragraph about yourself.
• We welcome submissions from previously unpublished writers.
• There is no submission fee. Authors selected to participate will be contacted regarding honoraria for the inclusion of their work.
• Selections for inclusion in this anthology or future publication projects are at the discretion of Charlotte ViewPoint, Novello Festival Press, or editors they may appoint.
• Authors retain copyright to their work.
• No submissions will be returned.
