Jeff Jackson / Arts & Culture Editor
Jeff Jackson is Arts & Culture Editor of Charlotte Viewpoint. He is a freelance writer, founding director of the NoDa Film Festival, and member of the Obie-winning Collapsable Giraffe theatre company in New York. He is also co-proprietor of www.destination-out.com, a website dedicated to avant garde jazz. His piece "Three Untitled Stories About Smoking" originally appeared in Userlands (Akashic Books 2007), a new fiction anthology edited by acclaimed novelist Dennis Cooper. Jeff received his M.F.A. in Creative Writing from New York University.
