Emily Williams / Author
Born in San Diego and raised in North Carolina since she was 8, Emily Williams has been a loyal patron of the Charlotte arts community since she was a young girl. A cum laude graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a degree in English, she has written for Charlotte Arts Magazine, Gaston Alive!, and other venues in the surrounding areas. Writing and history are her passions, along with her love of classical music, theater, dance and the visual arts. She can be seen regularly at the Mint Museum and the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center.
