Ray 'Rip" Farris, III, is president of Tuscan Development, a residential and commercial development company. Rip holds a B.F.A. degree in Art History and Fine Arts from UNC at Chapel Hill, an M.A. in architecture from the University of Colorado, and a Masters in Design Studies in real estate development from Harvard University.
