Jennifer Roberts is chair of the Mecklenburg County Commission. She has worked as an executive at Wachovia Bank, as Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, Executive Director at the World Affairs Council of Charlotte, and as an adjunct professor at UNC Charlotte. She was a Morehead Scholar at UNC Chapel Hill, and earned masters degrees at the University of Toronto and the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
