Phil Dubois

Phil Dubois, Ph.D., is Chancellor of UNC Charlotte.  Prior to assuming his role in March 2005, he served as President of the University of Wyoming.  Between 1991 and 1997, Dubois served as provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at UNC Charlotte.  He attended the University of California, Davis, where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in political science, earning election to the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Beta Phi honor societies. He then earned master's and doctoral degrees in the field from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
