Patricia Zoder is Executive Director of Crossroads Charlotte, a long-range public engagement initiative designed to transform Charlotte's civic landscape and increase social capital. This initiative is a project of Foundation For The Carolinas with programmatic oversight by Community Building Initiative.   Prior to joining the Foundation, Patricia served as Vice President of Annual Fund Drive for Arts & Science Council. She also served as Associate Vice President of Development and Director of Annual Fund Drive during her eight-year tenure at Arts & Science Council. Patricia holds an MBA and BS from Wake Forest University.  She is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte and Foundation For The Carolinas' Impact Fund for Emerging Philanthropists.
